Terms and Benefits – Amic Taronja Member
By acquiring the Amic Taronja Member status, the user accepts the following terms:
- The discount associated with the Amic Taronja membership may take up to three (3) business days to be activated after confirmation of registration.
- The Amic Taronja card is personal and non-transferable, and improper use may result in the loss of associated benefits.
- To apply discounts in official stores or at the ticket office, it is mandatory to present the Amic Taronja card together with an official ID.
- Amic Taronja members will have priority on the waiting list to purchase a season ticket, subject to availability in the requested area.
- Each Amic Taronja member will have the right to purchase up to two (2) season tickets, subject to availability.
- Amic Taronja members will have priority access to trips and tickets for official competitions of the first teams, immediately after season ticket holders.
- A 10 % discount will be applied on ticket purchases for men’s and women’s team games.
- A 10 % discount will be applied in Valencia Basket official stores and the official online shop.
- Each Amic Taronja member will receive an exclusive Welcome Pack upon completing the registration.
- The Amic Taronja Member does NOT guarantee the acquisition of new season tickets, only access to the sole priority waiting list.
- The Amic Taronja membership can be purchased until the end of the season.
- Amic Taronja membership will be valid for the current season, until 30/06. If you do not become a season ticket holder and wish to continue as an Amic Taronja member, renewal will be required.
