Valencia Basket Museum & Tour Tickets | Official Sale

During the sports season, sessions will become available once the competition schedules have been confirmed.

To adapt to the club's sporting activity and the venue's operations, the Valencia Basket Museum offers the Museum & Tour experience on all visits, except on specific dates announced in advance, when only the Museum visit will be available.

The Museum & Tour experience includes full access to the Museum, a guided tour through the club's actual working areas, and a panoramic interior view of the Roig Arena (whenever possible). On concert days, this panoramic view will NOT be available.

🔶 Season Ticket Holders and Amics Taronja Members

• Season ticket holders and Amics Taronja members are entitled to a special rate, exclusively for the personal use of the membership holder. The discount is applied by entering the holder's ID number (DNI) as the promotional code.

• All member discounts are personal and non-transferable. Visitors must present their ID and their physical or digital season ticket on the day of the visit.

🔶 Practical Information

• Guided tours are led by our staff in Spanish and English, with limited group sizes.

• Tickets must be validated at the ticket office before the tour. Visitors are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes in advance.

• Tickets are non-refundable. Date changes must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to a €5 fee, payable at the ticket office on the day of the visit.

• Tours may be cancelled or modified, either partially or in full, due to organisational, operational, or sporting requirements. In such cases, tickets may be exchanged for another date free of charge.

• For bookings of more than 20 people, please complete the booking form and we will contact you.

🔶 Visitors with Reduced Mobility

• The tour is fully accessible for visitors with reduced mobility. To ensure appropriate assistance, please inform us in advance by emailing museotour@valenciabasket.com.
