  • Refund Period: Once the official 2027 calendar is published, customers will have 14 calendar days from the date of notification to request a refund. The refund will cover the total ticket amount minus a €15.00 administration fee.

  • Final Sale Policy: After this 14-day window following the official date announcement, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted, and the ticket will be subject to our standard non-refundable policy.

  • Automatic Confirmation: If no refund is requested within the specified timeframe, the ticket will be automatically confirmed for the official event dates.
